MANAGING DIRECTOR, BRAND STRATEGIST

Tashan Hendricks is a Jamaican marketer and brand strategist whose career started in artiste management and event production, and has grown significantly since. For the last 8 years she has focused most of her energies as a brand strategist and advertising creative director to lead teams in the transformation of household brands including Grace, Digicel, JPS, and NCB.

Zhané Padmore

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Zhané Padmore is an enthusiastic Barbadian creative, whose career started as a creative entrepreneur, after graduating from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She is the founder and creative director of Cultured By Zhané, a fashion accessory brand which is where she honed her skills in strategic planning, marketing and customer relations.

Kristin Lewis is a multifaceted and focused professional with a proven track record of providing quality service. Kristin’s years of training, practice and involvement within the legal profession have developed and honed her abilities in the areas of Civil Law and Intellectual Property.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Moya Sweetland Palmer is a professional and business development consultant, adult educator, entrepreneur and author who has over 14 years in tertiary education, mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting them in developing business plans, starting and operating their own businesses.

Angella M. Phillips, JP.

PROJECT AND TALENT MANAGER

Angella Phillips is a Jamaican creative practitioner who has worked works across the Entertainment Industry at different levels. She has worked as Publicist and Artiste Manager for some of Jamaica’s premier statesmen and women. She has also written and produced notable projects. Angella has served Jamaica in several capacities including a counselor and Justice of the Peace.

Sade A. Hylton

GRAPHIC DESIGNER, WEB DESIGNER

Sade has over 5 years’ experience in the creative industry. Her experience spans graphic design, web design and development, printing and illustration. With a keen interest UX and UI, and embraces her role on the COCREATE team of bridging the gap between strategy, brand visual identity and consumer experience. Her diligence, curiosity and workmanship makes her an integral part of our growing brand team.

Eric Williams

MARKETING STRATEGIST

Eric Williams is a US- based marketer who brings a diverse set of experiences from his life and career to creative work. Prior to founding his consultancy, Apartment 32, Eric was a Sr. Manager at LeBron James’ marketing agency, The Robot Co., leading the EPIX, UberEats and Sprite accounts. Eric has also lent his marketing talents to Condé Nast, UrbanOne, Complex Media and PHD, managing marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands.

Daniel Brown

ANIMATOR, VIDEO EDITOR

Daniel is a multifaceted creative and aspiring film-maker. He is a professional animator, video editor, director, cinematographer, character designer and 3D modeler. He has created music videos, digital content and designed characters for animated short films. Daniel exudes a passion for filmmaking and for supporting brands to create visual content that supports their strategic communication objectives.
